Amsterdam Original oil art Rijksmuseum painting Cityscape painting

Amsterdam cityscape painting inspired by the unique atmosphere of the Netherlands. This expressive Amsterdam artwork captures the charm of the city through rich color, textured brushwork, and the movement of an original oil painting.

Created from my travel impressions and sketches, this Dutch cityscape brings a piece of Amsterdam into your home. I love capturing not only architecture and streets, but also the feeling of a place — its light, colors, movement, and atmosphere.

This artwork is available as an ORIGINAL HANDMADE OIL PAINTING or as a CANVAS PRINT. Please select your preferred option and size from the menu.

✨ ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Amsterdam is one of my favorite subjects to paint. Its architecture, canals, bicycles, changing skies, and lively streets create an atmosphere unlike anywhere else.

I travel with a small sketching set and collect impressions, colors, and quick studies along the way. Back in my studio, I transform these travel memories into larger paintings.

This Amsterdam cityscape is a beautiful choice for a living room, bedroom, office, hallway, or gallery wall. It also makes a meaningful gift for someone who loves Amsterdam, the Netherlands, European travel, Dutch architecture, or original art.
